Weller Full Proof and Weller C.Y.P.B. 2021 Release Expected This Month
Fans of the highly sought after W.L. Weller Bourbon Whiskey brand are in for surprise springtime treat! Buffalo Trace Distillery has announced the Weller Full Proof 2021 release can be expected this month. That anticipated bourbon release will also include the Weller C.Y.P.B. 2021 release.
Both of these rare bottles will surely highlight bourbon release calendars. Weller suggests whiskey lovers can expect the same tasting notes for each expression’s annual release. Coming as no surprise, quantities for these rare bourbons will be extremely limited.

Full Proof
Weller Full Proof, or unofficially Weller blue label, was first introduced in the year 2019 and its barrel strength has been a hit every since. Buffalo Trace Distillery puts Full Proof is its toasted oak barrel at 114 proof or 57% ABV. This barrel proof wheated bourbon is not chill filtered during the bottling process. Therefore, all of the naturally occurring oils and flavors make the journey to the consumer.
Tasting Notes
Full Proof has a nose of caramel, vanilla, and dark cherries. The palate is balanced notes of toasted oak and caramel. Lastly, chocolate and crème brûlée cap off a long finish.

C.Y.P.B. – Craft Your Perfect Bourbon
Weller C.Y.P.B., otherwise known as Weller Craft Your Perfect Bourbon, is the result on an online tool leveraging bourbon drinking fans. These bourbon enthusiasts choose their ideal bourbon and complete an online simulation of the distillation and aging process. Tasting Notes
The C.Y.P.B nose produces a light aroma of citrus and oak. Expect the palate to be balanced, with a medium-to-long finish that includes hints of vanilla.
