Get Into The Spirit With These Simple Woodford Reserve Holiday Cocktails Recipes
If you’ve been contemplating on what drinks to make for your next festive gathering, look no more. Here is a list of Woodford Reserve holiday cocktails that are deliciously festive! After all, what’s better than friends, entertaining, and Kentucky bourbon?
1. WOODFORD RESERVE SORGHUM OLD FASHIONED
INGREDIENTS
2 ounces sorghum simple syrup
2 ounces Woodford Reserve
6 dashes of bitters
1 orange slice
INSTRUCTIONS
Muddle orange slice and bitters in bottom of glass. Add syrup, Woodford and ice. Garnish with a cinnamon stick

2. WOODFORD RESERVE MOONBOW
INGREDIENTS
2 ounces of Woodford Reserve
1 tablespoon simple syrup
1 tablespoon fresh orange juice
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
2 oz ginger-ale
1 ounce cranberry juice
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine and pour over ice. Float 1 oz cranberry juice on top.
3. WOODFORD RESERVE CIDER
INGREDIENTS
4 ounces hot fresh apple cider
2 ounces Woodford Reserve
1 ounces brown sugar syrup (recipe below)
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all ingredients in a shaker over ice. Shake and strain into a rocks glass over ice.
FOR THE SYRUP:
Combine equal parts water and brown sugar. Bring to a boil until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and let cool.
4. WOODFORD RESERVE CANDY CANE
INGREDIENTS
2 ounces Woodford Reserve
1 ounces mint simple syrup
Shake in ice, and strain into martini glass. Garnish with a mini candy cane
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all ingredients in a shaker over ice. Shake and strain into a rocks glass over ice.
FOR THE SYRUP:
Boil equal parts water and sugar until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and let cool. Steep a handful of mint leaves in the cooling syrup until you reach the desired flavor. Strain before use.
