Tyrese Maxey Will Enter the 2020 NBA Draft After a Great Season with the University of Kentucky
Tyrese Maxey had April 6, 2020 written on his calendar for a long time. Today, he claims would have been the day that the Kentucky Wildcats were to play in the NCAA championship. Being that basketball has come to a screeching halt, Maxey had used today as a deciding day for his career. He is the second Kentucky player within the last 24 hours to announce his 2020 NBA Draft decision alongside Ashton Hagans.

Tyrese Maxey is the number 8 prospect in the ESPN top 100. Maxey has averaged 14 points, 4.3 rebounds, 3.2 assists during his season with the Kentucky Wildcats under the leadership of Coach John Calipari. Maxey played in 31 games for the Wildcats this season, making 28 starts averaging 34.5 minutes per game.
