The LSU vs Kentucky basketball game shows improvements for Wildcats.
The LSU vs Kentucky basketball game was their second SEC game of the season. On Saturday, the Kentucky Wildcats pulled off an impressive win against their rival Cardinals of Louisville and were looking to continue that momentum with a matchup versus LSU.
In an exciting finish down the stretch, Kentucky men’s basketball pulled off their biggest win of the season on Tuesday night at Rupp Arena with a final score of 74-71 over LSU. Coach John Calipari adhered to his plan and trusted in what he knew — rolling out seven players for most of the game before slimming it down to five starters that handled 29+ minutes each for this huge SEC victory! While talking about how his team plays more deliberately rather than flying up and down court, we saw just why Calipari is so successful as a head coach.
