Land Rover Kentucky Three Day Event returns to the KY Horse Park
The 2022 Kentucky Three Day Event is officially back on, after being canceled for the two years in a row. The Five Star Event, planned for April 28th to May 1st, looks ahead to a big resurgence at theKentucky Horse Park in Lexington, KY.The Kentucky CSI3* Invitational Grand Prix presented by Mars Equestrian is also set for April 29th to April 30th, 2022. In addition to the Three Star Event, other events will also be held during this eventful weekend.

“We have been working with US Equestrian, the Kentucky Horse Park, and state and local government on several different scenarios for April,” says the President of Equestrian Events, Mike Cooper. “With so many uncertainties still remaining regarding the COVID-19 pandemic, it is premature for US Equestrian to remove its restrictions on spectators. Given the importance of the health and well-being of our spectators and competitors, we feel the only option at this time is to cancel the Five Star Event and hopefully proceed with other events that our fans can enjoy via livestream and other outlets.”

2022 Land Rover Kentucky Three-Day Event Scavenger Hunt

The scavenger hunt will feature over 100 individual tasks, each with an assigned point value listed. The Top 10 participants who collect the most points will receive an assortment of amazing prizes, including a brand new 2023 4-Star Trailers two-horse trailer for the grand prize winner.

About Kentucky 3-Day Event
The Kentucky 3-Day Event is one of the prominent equestrians events in the world. It is currently only one of seven five-star events in the world. Those include, Badminton and Burghley in England, Luhmuhlen in Germany, Pau in France, Adelaide in Australia, and the inaugural Maryland 5 Star at Fair Hill.
The event has came to be known in the eventing world as “The Best Weekend All Year,” and more recently LRK3DE. Most importantly, it is the United States’ premier three-day event, serving as the USEF CCI-5*-L Eventing National Championship.
