It’s just want it sounds like – a London Fog tea inspired beer. Brewer Paul Cade was inspired by his girlfriend who prefers tea over coffee. The beer features Kilogram Tea and clover honey from The Honey House.

Bourbon County Special #4 Stout is an oatmeal stout aged in bourbon barrels, that uses crystal oats. Additionally, Intelligentsia Coffee was added. Lastly bourbon barrel-aged maple syrup from Bissell Maple Farm in Ohio adds the final touch.

Caramella means candy inn Italian. This stout is a wheatwine aged in Larceny Wheated Bourbon barrels with apple, cinnamon, and natural caramel flavor added after aging. The flavor or caramel perfectly paired with the tart apple flavor reminds one of an autumn day.

The Anniversary Bourbon County Stout is aged 2 years in Weller 12 Year barrels and is quite the special variant. The Weller brand is loved by many and the 12 year happens to be the hardest to find and is the most sought after. The Original Bourbon County Stout is aged in 4-5 year old barrels for one year, so the addition of another year in Weller barrels adds a unique strong flavor of dried dark fruit.
