This Thursday, December 19th, enjoy a holiday themed dinner, cocktails, and instruction on how to make a specialty craft cocktail. The evening will start off with a reception featuring canapés and welcome cocktail. To follow, a guided Whiskey flight with New Riff selections including:

- Cashew Cherry Salad, Cashew puree, bourbon marinated cherries, fresh arugula, tossed in apple balsamic, sourdough crouton
- Paired with New Riff Rye Sparkler, New Riff Rye, Cherry bitters, Apple cider, Soda water
- Wine option: Prosecco
Second Course:
- Brussel Sprouts, house smoked cured bacon in dijon vinaigrette, pomegranate seeds bourbon caramelized onions
- Paired with New Riff Bourbon

Third Course:
- Roasted Quail stuffed with sausage, toasted dates, apple butter
- Paired with Bourbon
- Wine option offered
Fourth Course:
- Smoked Brisket, cranberries demi glaze maple sorghum sweet potato puree
- Paired with New Riff Old Dark and Fashionable, New Riff Bourbon, cranberry sour, black walnut bitters, lambrusco wine float

Dessert:
- Bourbon Pecan Tart, cherry cardamom whipped cream and butterscotch sauce
