Louisville would add 21 more points in quarter two, while Duke could only put 6 points on the board. Nonetheless, Louisville led the Blue Devils to a tune of 35-9 at halftime.
The Louisville football offense was the takeaway of the game. Ultimately, the Cardinals produced a whopping 687 yards of total offense in the outing. This stellar performance ranks as the 10th-highest total all-time. UofL also set season highs with 687 total yards, 384 rushing yards, 29 first downs, and 62 points in the game. Is this peaking at just the right time for the Louisville football team?
