Y’all ready for a juicy, delicious extravaganza? Corbin Burger Week is back and sizzling! Hosted by the Corbin Tourism Commission for the eighth time, this event is a highlight of everyone’s summer. So what can you expect from Burger Week Corbin KY?

Maggy Monhollen, Executive Director at Corbin Tourism Commission, explains how groups of burger lovers gather to plan out their restaurant hop, guaranteeing that they’ll have every single burger on the menu. This ensures there’s plenty of excitement in the air!
The Tourism Commission takes pride in supporting small businesses and exclusively selects locally owned restaurants to participate in Burger Week. These restaurants are given the opportunity to serve their own creative, one of a kind burger, which is exclusively available only during this event. Time to satisfy those taste buds and celebrate the essence of Kentucky cuisine!
”Oh 100% like burger week is something everybody looks forward to,” said Maggy Monhollen, Executive Director of Corbin Tourism Commission. “You know we have groups that will get together and plan out you know–a restaurant hop, they’ll make sure to try every single burger. It’s really it brings excitement in the summer for people.”
“Burger week definitely brings in some new people and people who may not have normally come in to our establishment, will come and try it out and see what we’re all about,” said Nathan Stepek, general manager of The Depot.
These are typically not on the menu hamburgers, which are one-of-a-kind.
What is Corbin Burger Week?
Burger Week Corbin is one week a year of burger madness in Corbin, Kentucky. These burgers have a set price each year, which is currently set at $6. These off-menu special burgers are one-of-a-kind creation by Corbin area chefs who are attempting to create the most unique burgers in town. Burger fans in the 606 area code might tout this as the best week of the year!
To outline the scale of burger weeks across Kentucky, the Lexington event in 2020 served 100,000+ hamburgers across participating restaurants in the Lexington region. That’s a whole lot of Kentucky beef. That’s why the Kentucky Beef Council supports the event in Louisville, as well as the recent event in Lexington.
